§ 40.05 SEVERABILITY.

If any section, division, or provision of this chapter shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the invalidity or unenforceability of such section, division, or provision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this chapter, unless the result thereof would be contrary to the intent of this chapter and materially adverse to the interest of the town.
