§ 30.10 JOB INJURY AND/OR OCCUPATIONAL DISEASE BENEFITS.
   (A)   Any town employee who is injured on the job shall receive workman compensation and/or occupational disease benefits for loss of time from work as provided by state statute.
   (B)   Full time salaried employees. When weekly compensation benefits and/or occupational disease benefits under the state statute are paid to a salaried employee, such employee will receive the difference in the amount paid by workmen's compensation and/or occupation disease benefits and his regular salary for the period of time not to exceed 180 calendar days.
   (C)   Full time regular hourly employees. When weekly compensation benefits and/or occupational disease benefits under state statute are made to full time regular hourly employee, such employee will receive the difference between the amount of the workmen's compensation benefit and/or occupational disease benefits and the amount he would have received had he worked the minimum number of hours per week for his position established by the Annual Salary Ordinance for the same period of time, but not to exceed 180 calendar days.
