§ 33.12 AUTHORIZATION.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to conduct transactions of the town with a financial institution or a public pension or retirement fund administered by the Indiana Public Retirement System, by electronic funds transfer, including, without limitation, automatic clearing house, electronic funds transfer, and online banking transfers for all payments, deposits, and receipts of funds considered appropriate by the Clerk-Treasurer, pursuant to I.C. 5-13-5-5.
