To the extent prohibited under I.C. 36-7-4-702(e), this chapter shall not regulate condominiums regulated under I.C. 32-25-1-1 et seq. However, any subdivision of the associated land shall be platted and otherwise subject to the requirements of this chapter. The development of the land and improvements may also be subject to Development Plan review or other processes mandated by the Zoning Ordinance.
