Inspection of improvements shall be under the direction of the Town Council. As a condition for approval of the secondary plat, the petitioner shall enter into a contractual Agreement for Inspection and Testing Services with the town, consistent with this chapter and the Design Standards and Specifications Manual, and subject to the terms, conditions, and the form approved by the Town Attorney and Town Council. Inspection and testing services shall be obtained by the town, but shall be at the petitioner's expense.
