No plat or replat of a subdivision of land located within the jurisdiction of the Town of Whiteland Advisory Plan Commission shall be filed with the County Auditor and recorded by the County Recorder unless it has first been granted primary approval and subsequently granted secondary approval by the Plan Commission, and such approval has been signed and certified on the plat by the President of the Plan Commission, Whiteland Town Council, and Director of Planning and Zoning.
