§ 95.04 PERMITTEE'S DEADLINE TO MAKE SETTLEMENTS GOOD.
   The person to whom such permit is given shall maintain and make good all settlements of such excavation, cut or bore occurring within 20 days after such excavation, cut or bore, and shall be liable for all damages resulting from failure to complete work on the excavation, cut or bore.
