§ 36.04 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FIREARM. The definition as found in I.C. 35-47-1-5, as amended from time to time, is hereby incorporated by reference.
