§ 94.12 LITTERING; OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to use profane, obscene, lewd, threatening or abusive language or to litter, dump or deposit any garbage or other offensive substance in any park or on any other property owned, operated or controlled by the town.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to use an indecent language within the limits of the park.
