§ 94.10 DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND PLANTS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to write on, cut, mutilate, deface, damage, remove or destroy in any manner any property, real or personal, owned and operated by the town and located upon or in any park or playground.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person who is not an employee of the town or who is not authorized to do so by the Town Council to pull, pluck, break, trample, climb into, remove, injure, mutilate or destroy any plant, tree or vegetation owned or maintained by the town or located on any property owned or controlled by the town.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person not an employee of the town or authorized by the Town Council to plant, remove, damage or prune and plant, tree or vegetation within the limits of any park; provided any dead or broken limbs of trees endangering or obstructing public use of the park may be removed by any person.
