§ 31.42 BOARD OF STORM WATER MANAGEMENT.

The Town Council establishes a Board of Storm Water Management which shall consist of three directors each appointed by the President of the Town Council, not more than two of whom may be of the same political party as provided in I.C. 8-1.5-5-4.
