§ 91.05 TRAPPING WILD ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to trap, catch, or kill any wild animal within the town or upon or around any stream within the town. This section shall not prevent any person from trapping or killing rats or any other vermin which are not classed as wild animals, or from trapping or killing any wild animals after obtaining a permit pursuant to 312 Ind. Admin. Code 9-10-11, as amended, or any other applicable Indiana or federal law, which are found to be causing damage or threatening to cause damage to property or posing a health or safety threat to persons or domestic animals.
