§ 160.023 APPLICATION PROCEDURE.
   (A)   Applications for land disturbance activity permits must be filed with the Town Council on any regular business day.
   (B)   Permit applications shall include the following: two copies of the stormwater management concept plan, two copies of the maintenance agreement, and any required review fees.
   (C)   Within 20 business days of the receipt of a complete permit application, including all documents as required by this chapter, the Town Council shall inform the applicant whether the application, plan and maintenance agreement are approved or disapproved.
   (D)   If the permit application, stormwater management plan or maintenance agreement are disapproved, the applicant may revise the stormwater management plan or agreement. If additional information is submitted, the Town Council shall have 20 business days from the date the additional information is received to inform the applicant that the plan and maintenance agreement are either approved or disapproved.
   (E)   If the permit application, final stormwater management plan and maintenance agreement are approved by the Town Council, all appropriate land disturbance activity permits shall be issued.
