§ 160.021 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Unless specifically excluded by this chapter, any land owner or operator desiring a permit for a land disturbance activity shall submit to the Town Council a permit application on a form provided for that purpose.
   (B)   Unless otherwise excepted by this chapter, a permit application must be accompanied by the following in order that the permit application be considered: a stormwater management concept plan; a maintenance agreement; and a non-refundable permit review fee.
   (C)   The stormwater management plan shall be prepared to meet the requirements of § 160.055, the maintenance agreement shall be prepared to meet the requirements of §§ 160.130 through 160.136, and fees shall be those established by the Town Council.
