§ 30.36 SALARIED EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   Salaried employees shall not be subject to overtime, except as expressly stated in the Personnel Policy, however, time worked over 40 hours per week shall be subject to compensatory time off, as described in the Personnel Policy.
   (B)   Salaried employees time shall be kept and recorded on forms approved and prescribed by the Town Manager and Clerk-Treasurer.
