(A) Those employees eligible, and required to use the time clocks, are those employees who are paid on an hourly basis, as defined by FSLA and the Whiteland Salary Ordinance.
(B) Deputy Town Marshals and salaried employees are exempt from using the time clock system, but shall use a time recording system approved by the Town Manager and Clerk-Treasurer.
