§ 31.02    DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT; ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION CREATED.
   Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-11.9 and I.C. 36-7-12, the Whiteland Department of Economic Development, controlled by the Whiteland Economic Development Commission is hereby created and granted all powers and duties of such Department and Commission as set forth in I.C. 36-7-11.9 and I.C. 36-7-12.
