There is hereby incorporated the Town of White Lake, in Bladen County, the corporate limits of which are set forth in section 2, and which shall hereafter possess all the corporate powers and be subject to all the provisions contained in Chapter 160 of the General Statutes of North Carolina not inconsistent with the provisions of this act.
