(A) The Chief shall see that complete records are kept of all fires, inspections, apparatus and minor equipment, personnel, and other information about the work of the Department.
(B) Records of all incident reports shall be kept on file for a period of three years. Reports shall be sent electronically to the Office of State Fire Marshal quarterly.
(C) Annual pump and service test shall be conducted on each pumper. Ladder test shall be conducted each year on the ladder truck. All testing shall be conducted to NFPA and OSFM standards with copies on file with the OSFM, the Fire Department and the Town Clerk’s office.
