§ 33.21  ACCOUNTABILITY OF CHIEF AND THE LIKE.
   The Chief shall be held accountable to the Board of Commissioners only, and shall make written and verbal reports thereto as the Board may require.  All other Department officers shall be accountable to the Chief only, and shall be subject to removal by him or her.
