§ 32.01  OFF-DUTY COURT ATTENDANCE.
   When town police officers are required to be in court during their time off, they shall be paid for their actual time, not to exceed four hours, for any single day and, if required to be in court before lunch and required to go back to court after lunch, an allowance, to be determined by the Board of Commissioners from time to time, to cover the cost of the police officer’s lunch.
