§ 30.25  MINUTES.
   Full and accurate minutes of the Board proceedings shall be kept by the Clerk, and shall be open to the inspection of the public.  The results of each vote shall be recorded in the minutes and, upon the request of any member of the Board, the ayes and noes upon any question shall be taken.  Every resolution or order adopted or made by the Board of Commissioners, as also every petition submitted to it, if not set out in full in the minutes, shall be filed in an exhibit book and, by proper reference, shall be made part of the minutes.  The minutes of each meeting shall be approved by the Board of Commissioners and shall be signed by the Mayor and by the Clerk.  The minutes shall be public and shall constitute part of the archives of the town.
