§ 30.22  CONDUCT OF MEETINGS.
   (A)   Parliamentarian.  The Town Attorney is appointed to the position of Parliamentarian, and is requested to instruct the Board on proper procedures for Board meetings and to guide the meetings in the direction of being more orderly and efficient. Further, the Town Attorney is requested to interrupt the proceedings to instruct when the Attorney deems it necessary.
   (B)   Rules of procedure.  The Board hereby adopts Suggested Rules of Procedure for a City Council, as written by the Institute of Government, with Robert’s Rules of Order to be used to the extent not provided for by these rules; and, to the extent that it does not conflict with the spirit of these rules, the Board shall refer to Robert’s Rules of Order, Revised, for unresolved procedural questions.
