§ 30.03 APPOINTMENTS BY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS.

   It shall be the duty of the Board of Commissioners, at its first regular meeting each year, to elect, or provide for the appointment of, the following officers:

   (A)   Mayor Pro Tempore;

   (B)   Town Clerk;

   (C)   Chief of Police;

   (D)   Town Attorney;

   (E)   Tax Collector;

   (F)   Finance Officer;

   (G)   Water and Sewage Superintendent;

   (H)   Budget Officer; and

   (I)   Zoning Inspector.
