Annexing certain property: Beginning at a point designated as Point “B” marking the northeastern corner of Waterford Estates as shown on a Map of Survey recorded in Plat Cabinet A-44 at page 446 in the Bladen County Public Registry, said point of beginning also being South 1 degree 55 minutes 49 seconds East 214.04 feet from a point marking the Southeastern corner of Lot #1 of the Turtle Cove Subdivision as shown on a map recorded in Plat Cabinet A-56 at page 569 in the Bladen County Public Registry; THENCE FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING North 80 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West 420.72 feet with the Waterford Estate line (10 feet wide buffer zone) to a point marked by an iron pope; thence a new line North 4 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds East 100.31 feet to a point marked by an iron pipe; thence a new line South 80 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds East 408.65 feet to a point; thence South 1 degree 55 minutes 49 seconds East 101.98 feet (a traverse of the height water mark of White Lake) to the beginning, containing 0.95 acres, more or less, according at a Map of Survey dated November 24, 2000 by Lloyd R. Tract One: That certain lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Bladen County, Colly Township, North Carolina, near White Lake, and being Lot No. Seven (7) in Section II, of the max Lennon Subdivision of the H. Leon Melvin lands, as will more fully appear by reference to a map or plat of the same made by Clarence Hall, Jr., Registered Surveyor, on May 27, 1972, a copy of which map or plat is duly recorded in map Book j10, at page 37, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Bladen County, to which map or plat reference is here made for a more accurate description and location of the lot herein conveyed.  The above described lot being the same contained in deed dated June 15, 1972, from max R. Lennon, et ux, to Etha L. Cook recorded in the Bladen County Public Registry.  Also being the same lot contained in deed dated February 28, 1973, from Etha L. Cook to James Russell Grimes and wife, Annie Laura G. Grimes, recorded in Deed Book 198, Page 57, Bladen County Registry.

Highway 41, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a pont in the southeast corner of Lot 149 as shown on map of Lennondale Acres, Section I-B, recorded in map Book 11, Page 40, Bladen County Registry, also being in the northern line of Lennondale Drive; and runs thence North 48 degrees 36 minutes East 120.27 feet to a point; thence South 78 degrees 04 minutes East 142.22 feet to an axle; thence with a line South 65 degrees 37 minutes East 100.00 feet to an axle; thence with a line South 28 degrees 04 minutes West 246.45 feet to a pipe; thence with a line North 50 degrees 04 minutes West 133.20 feet to the southeastern corner of Lot No. 2, deeded to Darrell Bass by Deed of record in Deed Book 323, Page 531, Bladen County Registry; thence with the line of the Darrell Bass lot North 35 degrees 56 minutes East 98.10 feet to an iron; thence with a line North 50 degrees 04 minutes West 109.77 feet to an iron; thence with a line South 48 degrees 36 minutes West 74.49 feet to an iron; thence with a line North 41 degrees 24 minutes West 30.00 feet, to the point and place of beginning.  Excepting and Reserving unto James Russell Grimes and his wife Annie Laura G. Leon Melvin lands, as shown on a map prepared by Clarence Hall, Jr., Registered Surveyor, dated may 27, 1972, and recorded in map Book 10, Page 37, Bladen County Registry, and runs thence with the western line of Lot Number 7, South 24 degrees 40 minutes West 213.7 feet to the Southwest corner of said lot; thence North 78 degrees 16 minutes West 200.56 feet to a stake; thence North 25 degrees 55 minutes East 200 feet to an iron stake in the southern right-of-way line of North Carolina State Highway #41; thence with the right-of-way line of said Highway South 74 degrees 03 minutes East 100 feet to a stake; thence continuing with said right-of-way line South 80 degrees 41 minutes East 100 feet to the point of beginning.  Being the same deed described in deed dated November 3, 1997 from Etha L. BEGINNING at a pipe in the Eastern edge of Lennondale Drive, the Northwest corner of Lot 144, of Lennondale Acres, Section 1-C, as shown on a map recorded in map Book 12, Page 85, Bladen County Registry and runs thence with Lennondale Drive and beyond, North 48 degrees 36 minutes East, 98.99 feet to an iron; thence South 50 degrees 04 minutes, East, 50.02 feet to an iron, the beginning point of the tract herein conveyed: BEGINNING at said beginning point as above located and runs thence South 50 degrees 04 minutes East, 59.75 feet to an iron; thence South 35 degrees 56 minutes West, 98.10 feet to an iron in the line of Lot 142 of Lennondale Acres, Section 1-C; thence North 50 degrees 04 minutes West with the line of Lot 142and continuing with the line of Lot 143, a distance of 66.6 feet to a pipe, the Northeast corner of Lot 144; thence North 39 degrees 56 minutes East, 97.86 feet to a point and place of beginning, containing 6,183 square feet.
