§ 151.26 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ORDER.

If the owner of a building or structure fails to comply with an order issued pursuant to § 151.24 from which no appeal has been taken, or fails to comply with an order of the Board following an appeal, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1983 Code, § 6-34) (Ord. passed 2-26-1965)
