(A) White Lake Dr. There shall be no parking at any time along both sides of White Lake Dr. (State Road 1515) from a point from Shane's Ski Burger, fifty one-hundredths mile north of North Carolina 53 northward to Carolina Avenue a distance of one and twenty one-hundredths miles.

(B) Powell Act streets. No person shall park a motor vehicle along both sides of White Lake Dr. within the corporate limits of the town which the town has under the Powell Act (G.S. §§ 136-41.1 et seq.), and which has been accepted by the town as a town street.
