§ 52.086  TYPES OF CHARGES AND FEES.
   The charges and fees, as established in the town’s schedules of charges and fees, may include, but not be limited to:
   (A)   User classification charges;
   (B)   Fees for extra monitoring, such as, that which requires costs above the average cost of assessing an average or representative analysis;
   (C)   Fees for permit applications (include regular monitor charges on permit);
   (D)   Appeal fees;
   (E)   Ad valorem tax;
   (F)   Industrial waste surcharges;
   (G)   Fees for reimbursement of costs of setting up and operating the town’s pretreatment program; and
   (H)   Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction.  These fees relate solely to the matters covered by this chapter and are separate from all other fees chargeable by the town.
