§ 52.019  PROHIBITION OF STORM DRAINAGE AND GROUNDWATER.
   (A)   Stormwater, groundwater, rainwater, street drainage, subsurface drainage, or yard drainage shall not be discharged through direct or indirect connection to a town sewer.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to discharge to any storm drain, private or town, any sanitary sewage, industrial wastes, or other polluted waters.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to discharge uncontaminated cooling water into the town’s storm sewer system.
