521.11 CUTTING OF WEEDS AND GRASSES REQUIRED, INCLUDING ADJACENT PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY.
   (a)   Any person, corporation or entity having title to or having a leasehold interest in real property within the Corporation limits of the Village shall keep said real property, including the abutting public road right-of-way thereto, free and clear from all noxious weeds, rank vegetation, and various grasses to the degree that they shall not offend the sensibilities of the general public or create nuisance and general public health concerns.
   (b)   All such property owners and leasehold interest owners shall mow or cut their private properties and adjacent public rights of way thereto pursuant to a schedule such that at no time shall the noxious weeds, rank vegetation or various grasses exceed the height of six inches. Failure to maintain such grasses, noxious weeds and rank vegetation shall result in notices formulated and served to the property owner or leasehold interest holder and subsequent maintenance and cutting of said weeds, rank vegetation and various grasses in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 731.51, 731.53 and 731.54.
