(a) All public parking of motor vehicles, of whatsoever kind and nature, shall be restricted upon all Village streets, thoroughfares, alleys, and municipally owned parking facilities to a period not to exceed 72 continuous hours in duration for said parking of any motorized vehicle; except as to the streets and time limits and locations as so noted in Sections 351.03, 351.15 and as otherwise noted as to time and location restrictions in the Codified Ordinances of the Village.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
