The Village Records Commission shall establish such rules and guidelines as the Commission members deem necessary, by vote of the majority of the Commission members, to effectively administer the retention and disposal of records of the Village. The disposal of all such records shall be in compliance with the requirements of Ohio R.C. 149.39.
