157.01 ESTABLISHED.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.06 of the Charter and Ohio R.C. 149.39, there is hereby created a revised Whitehouse Municipal Records Commission as of the effective date of this section.

The revised Records Commission shall consist of such members as provided in Section 12.06 of the Charter.
