The following individuals are designated as official Village of Whitehouse signatories to the documents enumerated herein:
(a) Official certificates and certifications of funding availability for purchase orders by the Village of Whitehouse - Administrator, Finance Director, Tax Commissioner, Account Clerk, and the Clerk of Council of the Village.
(b) Official Village Checks and payment documents - Administrator, Finance Director, Tax Commissioner, and Account Clerk of the Village.
(c) Village Contract Agreements - Administrator, Finance Director, Mayor, and Clerk of Council of the Village.
