(a) The following locations are hereby officially designated for the posting of notices of governmental meetings of the Council including committees, meetings of administrative boards and commissions, and all public meetings required to be posted with notice thereof to the general public, including in each notice of time and place of such meeting to be posed twenty-four (24) hours in advance of such meeting:
(1) The Whitehouse Village Post Office, located at 6822 Providence Street - public bulletin board;
(2) The Whitehouse Apothecary, located at 5911 Weckerly Road - public bulletin board;
(3) First Federal Savings and Loan of Delta, located at 6600 Providence Street - public bulletin board;
(4) The Village of Whitehouse Fire Department, located at 10550 Waterville Street - public bulletin board near front door central lobby open to the public; and
(5) The Village Hall, located at 6925 Providence Street - general bulletin board, main lobby.
(b) Notice of any meetings of Council, including committees thereof; meetings of administrative boards and commissions of the Village; and all other meetings open to the public, shall be publicly announced by posting of notice of such meeting and at such times at the five locations so designated in subsection (a) hereof a minimum of twenty-four hours in advance of such meetings.
(c) In compliance with Ohio R.C. 121.22(F), any individual or organization shall be entitled to receive advance notification of such meetings upon request and payment of a fee to cover the cost and mailing of such notification as requested.
