(a) Vehicle shall mean any and all vehicle or apparatus as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(A); 4501.01(8); 4501. 01(K); 4501 .01(L);
(b) Operator shall be defined as set forth in Ohio R.C. 450l.01(X);
(c) Motorcycle shall be defined as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4511.01(C);
(d) Person shall be defined as set forth in Ohio R.C.4511.10(W);
(e) Pedestrian shall be defined as set forth in Ohio R.C. 451l.0l(X);
(f) Park lands shall be defined as all lands titled, leased or under the direct control of the Village of Whitehouse, Lucas County, Ohio and as so designated and operated as park lands;
(g) Personal assist mobility device shall be defined as two wheel, three wheel and/or four wheel devices transporting only one person and having an electric or alternative fuel propulsion system designed to assist the mobility of a specifically designated operator and having a speed of or being operated upon park lands at a speed of less than ten miles per hour (10 m.p.h.).
