The employees of the Village of Whitehouse and other persons designated or authorized by the Village Administrator or Director of Public Services shall be exempt from any and all rule and regulation as set forth herein to the extent necessary while acting in official capacity or performance of Village duties or as authorized for said actions by the Village Administrator.
