(a) Recreational games, including but not limited to softball, baseball, soccer, football, lacrosse, horseshoes, lawn darts, badminton, crochet and similar games shall be confined to such areas as are designated for the purposes of playing such games to facilitate the due regard of safety for all users of the park lands.
(b) The practice of golf, or the hitting of golf balls shall be prohibited upon Village park lands except in specifically designated areas.
