(a) No person shall possess or set off any fireworks or other explosive substances in and upon the park lands without the express written consent and permit of the Village Administrator and/or Director of Public Services.
(b) No person shall discharge any firearm within the confines of the park without the express consent and written permit of the Village Administrator and/or the Director of Public Services.
(c) No person shall use, operate or possess any bows, bows and arrows, cross bows, long bows or similar devices within the park without the prior express written consent and permit of the Village Administrator and/or Director of Public Services except in such areas as may be hereinafter designated for said use.
(d) No person shall use or discharge any devices capable of propelling capsules, pellets, "paint balls" or similar devices or designs within the confines of Village park properties.
