1525.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU.

There is hereby established within the Fire Division of the Village of Whitehouse, Lucas County, Ohio, the “Bureau of Fire Prevention” (“Bureau”), consisting of a Chief and such additional inspectors as may be designated by the Chief. The Fire Chief of the Village of Whitehouse shall be the Chief of the Bureau of Fire Safety/Prevention. Each fire prevention inspector shall be appointed as same by the Fire Chief of the Village of Whitehouse. Each fire prevention inspector shall be a member of the regular Fire Division. Said inspector shall be governed by all rules of the Fire Division and shall remain in good standing at all times with the Fire Division and with all certification procedures for administration of the Fire Code.
