1315.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   A person who violates a provision of this Part Thirteen - Building Code or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall erect, construct, alter or repair, or has erected, constructed, altered or repaired a building submitted and approved thereunder, or of a permit or certificate issued thereunder, where no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) and every day during which such offense continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (b)   The owner of a building, structure or premises, where anything in violation of this Code, shall be placed or shall exist, and an architect, engineer, building contractor, agent, person or corporation employed in connection therewith and who may have assisted in the commission of such violation shall each be guilty of separate offenses and shall be fined as herein provided.
