1311.05 RECORDS.
   There shall be kept in the office of the Chief Building Official, a record of building permits and each permit shall be regularly numbered in the order of its issue. There shall also be a record showing the number, description and size of all buildings erected, indicating the kind of materials used, the cost of each building and aggregate cost of all buildings in the various classes for which permits have been issued. There shall be also kept in the office of the Building Official a record of all inspections made and of all removal and condemnation of buildings and a record of all fees collected, showing the date of their receipt. All fees thus received shall be deposited with the Director of Finance to the credit of the General Fund.
