Copies of the Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, published jointly as a model residential code by the Ohio Building Officials Association adopted herein are on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public. The Clerk also has copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
