1115.05 JURISDICTION.

These regulations shall be applicable to all subdivisions of land within Whitehouse. The Whitehouse Administrator shall have administrative approval of minor subdivisions (lot splits). The Whitehouse Planning Commission shall have the approval of preliminary plats. Whitehouse Council shall have approval of the final plat. (Ord. 10-2016. Passed 12-20-16.)
