955.01 REQUIREMENTS FOR CURBSIDE PLACEMENT.

No person or entity shall place refuse and/or recyclable materials for collection by Village of Whitehouse refuse services at any curbside, edge or side of a Village street, thoroughfare or alleyway prior to 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to the regularly enumerated collection day for said refuse and/or recyclable materials.
