(a) The operation of any and all motorized vehicles, bikes, cycles, carts, or motorized conveyance of any type is hereby prohibited upon the lands owned and/or leased by the Village and identified hereinafter in subsection (b) hereof. Exceptions to this section shall be for authorized vehicles of the Police, Fire or Administrative Service Departments upon the hereinafter enumerated lands. No other vehicles shall be operated thereon.
(b) The following lands, as defined herein more specifically in Exhibit A attached to original Ordinance 13-99, shall be subject to the prohibition of the operation of motor vehicles except as herein stated:
(1) The Wabash Cannonball Trail, within the Municipal Corporation limits of the Village (Exhibit A attached to original Ordinance 13-99 and incorporated by reference herein); and
(2) The lands designated and designed as a recreational sledding/toboggan hill, and located within the confines of the Nona France Leasehold of the Village.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
