During any period of emergency resulting from a shortage of water, Council is hereby authorized to establish regulations prohibiting or limiting the use of water for sprinkling lawns, air conditioning, automobile washing, swimming pools or for any other use other than sanitary purposes.
Council shall, upon establishing such regulations, cause the same to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the Village.
