925.06 SANITARY SEWER INSTALLATION POLICY.
   (a)   If the project is initiated by petition or by Council, all costs including engineering and advertisement will become a part of the project and total costs assessed accordingly. Such a project will be completed in accordance with Ohio R.C. Chapters 727 and 729.
   (b)   All new sanitary sewer main installation or extensions from existing lines must be installed in public right of way or on a dedicated utility easement and become part of the Village public utility system upon completion, testing and final approval and acceptance by the Village.
   (c)   All new sanitary sewer main installations or extensions from existing lines must be sanitary sewer main pipe with at least six inches in diameter, must have the necessary appurtenances (wyes, tees, risers, etc.), and must have manholes placed at intervals not more than 400 feet apart. The type of sanitary sewer main material and appurtenances must be approved by the Administrator.
   (d)   The developer will pay the entire cost for plan preparation, plan review by Village Engineer, and any fees associated with same. The developer will pay the entire cost of the sanitary sewer main installation and testing other than any financial participation approved by the Village Council as detailed in subsection (e) hereof.
   (e)   Council may approve, with the recommendation of the Streets-Water-Sewer Committee and the Administrator, to pay for the cost of material and appurtenances larger than six inches in diameter and upsizing or upgrading pumping equipment on all projects.
   (f)   All installation inspections will be provided by the Village at no cost to the developer, unless inspections are conducted by an outside firm, then the cost will be borne by the developer.
