909.01 OPERATION OF CHAPTER.

All sidewalks, hereinafter constructed or reconstructed along any public street, avenue, boulevard or lane within the corporate limits of the Village, shall be constructed or reconstructed and shall be used and maintained in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
