541.09 IMPROPER HANDLING AND/OR CONCEALMENT OF MERCANTILE PROPERTY.
   No person shall, while upon the premises of any mercantile and/or commercial establishment within the Village, knowingly do or commit any of the following actions:
   (a)   Conceal, on or about their person, any property of the mercantile and/or commercial establishment, without the express consent of the owner of such establishment or the express consent of the agent or authorized representative of such establishment who is empowered to give such consent;
   (b)   Remove, deface, alter or conceal any electronic code bars, stickers, price tags, inventory or calculation markings or other designation upon any property of such mercantile and/or commercial establishment without the express consent of the owner, or the express consent of the agent or authorized representative of the owner who is authorized to give such consent for said acts.
